We were delighted to have been announced as the 2020 winners of the Federation for Small Businesses Wales’ ‘Wellbeing Award”. The announcement was made at the FSB Wales Celebrating Small Business Event in Cardiff in March. The award recognises businesses that are creating an environment for their employees to succeed by demonstrating their commitment to the health and wellbeing of their workforce. RCS now goes through to the UK finals, which have recently been postponed to 2021.
