Since linking up with RCS, the support and help I’ve had, and the information I’ve been able to share with my work colleagues has been fantastic. From having 4 new Wellbeing Champions on board, to sharing RCS’s number with members of staff who needed to talk to an independent professional, RCS have contributed so much, at such a tough time for so many.
Cwmni Da

We have a number of schemes that support our employees and create a workplace where staff well-being thrives. In 2022, we decided to build on this good work and collaborate with RCS to develop a health and wellbeing framework for our staff. The framework has provided strategic direction and enabled us to prioritise health and wellbeing. It formed the basis of our successful application for a grant to appoint a Health and Wellbeing Officer to lead the work

RCS will help you find relevant topics to help your business make wellbeing more relevant and help break down barriers, enabling people to have the tools to tackle the subject if someone states they are struggling. The speaker for our session was obviously knowledgeable about the subject and their passion really came through during the workshop.
