Mental Health First Aid Course

Our Adult Mental Health First Aid Wales training course provides you with expert guidance and support in recognising and supporting the mental health needs of the people around you, such as friends, family and colleagues.

This course is certified by the Mental Health First Aid Wales.

• Explain the role and responsibilities of a Mental Health First Aider
• Provide an introduction to mental health and some of the challenges to wellbeing
• Introduce the MHFA Action Plan and how to put it into practice
