ABOUT RCS
RCS is a leading not-for-profit organisation, which supports people to thrive in work.
We deliver our services and activities across North Wales from our office bases in Rhyl and Bangor.

IS YOUR HEALTH AFFECTING YOU AT WORK?
Our cornerstone In-Work Support Service is part-funded by European Social Funding through the Welsh Government. It provides free and confidential support for employed and self-employed people with health issues that are affecting them in work.

DO YOU NEED HEALTH SUPPORT FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES?
The service also provides free help for local businesses who want to take a more proactive approach to supporting and promoting employee wellbeing in work.

LOOKING FOR WORK AND AFFECTED BY MENTAL HEALTH?
We’re currently testing a new approach to employment support for people who experience mental health issues such as low mood or anxiety and would like help with finding and sustaining employment.
We’re inviting a small number of people from across North Wales to help us understand if combining mental health care with employment support might be an effective way of helping people into work, to find the right job or improve their career and – most importantly – to help with their health and wellbeing.
This approach is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, so we’re keen to find out more about how it might work in practice across a diverse and complex region such as North Wales.
If you’d like to be a part of this project, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
