Self-Care for the Self-employed

The 2-hour workshop aims to equip self-employed individuals with practical strategies and tools to enhance their well-being, manage stress, and achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Participants will learn the importance of self-care, identify common challenges faced by the self-employed, and explore effective self-care practices that can be incorporated into their daily routines.

We will explore:

  • How important it is to prioritise self-care, especially if you are self-employed
  • Common challenges faced by people who are self-employed
  • Some self-reflection to help you identify the pressure points or challenges for you
  • Physical, Emotional, Mental & Social aspects to self-care
  • Time Management to help with integrating self-care into busy days
  • Creating a self-care action plan
  • Implementing self-care in daily routines
  • Additional resources & signposting

This workshop is aimed at self-employed workers who need some help to refocus and integrate more self-care into their daily routines.
