RCS are pleased to be launching the WorkWell Denbighshire Project from July 2024.

This is a new counselling project for unemployed and economically inactive people in Denbighshire, funded by the UK Government through their UK Shared Prosperity Fund together with Denbighshire County Council’s Working Denbighshire programme.

WorkWell Denbighshire will be working in partnership with Working Denbighshire’s BAROD project, providing talking therapies to individuals who are either economically inactive or unemployed, and who are presenting with mental health barriers to employment.

This new counselling support will provide tools to address mental health barriers to employment:

• Help develop coping strategies
• Improve self-esteem
• Build resilience
• Engage effectively with employability support and move closer to the labour market.
