We’re excited to launch a new course, Mental Health First Aid, accredited by Mental Health First Aid Wales.

This new training course will provide you with expert guidance and support in recognising and supporting the mental health needs of the people around you, such as friends, family and colleagues.

The 2 half day program offers you/your employees:

• An introduction to mental health and some of the challenges to wellbeing
• An overview of what a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) is, and what it is not
• A guide to the role and responsibilities of a Mental Health First Aider
• An introduction to the MHFA Action Plan and how to put it into practice
• A chance to develop skills in empathetic and active listening

The course will be available in English and Welsh.
