RCS is thrilled to announce that we have been selected by Wrexham and Flintshire to deliver Connect to Work as part of the rollout of DWP’s flagship supported employment programme across Wales and England.
Connect to Work is aimed at helping people who are disabled, those with health conditions or additional complex needs to find, enter and remain in work. The service works by helping people into work as soon as possible, while putting the right support in place to make sure they can succeed.
Following the recent contract award, we are working closely with Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham local authorities to prepare for programme launch in North-East Wales over the coming weeks. We look forward to engaging with a broad range of local organisations to encourage referrals into the programme, which will provide one-to-one employment support and job coaching through our team of Employment Specialists.
