Connect to Work programme vacancies
Connect to Work is a new UK government programme aimed at helping disabled people and those with health conditions and other complex needs into employment.
Following recent contract awards to deliver Connect to Work in Wrexham and Flintshire, we are looking for skilled, dedicated staff to join our team. If you are passionate about helping people fulfil their potential and have experience of delivering support to people with complex needs, we’d love to hear from you. Full training will be given.

Connect to Work Service Manager
Closing date: 21st September 2026 (noon)Interviews scheduled: 24th and 25th September 2026The Connect to Work Service Manager will oversee delivery of a high-quality supported employment service that achieves positive outcomes for Participants, meets fidelity standards and meets/exceeds performance targets. You will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, working closely with colleagues and developing positive working relationships with external stakeholders including employers. You will be the first point of contact for DWP and the commissioning Authorities.

Connect to Work Team Leader
Closing date: 21st September 2026 (12 noon)Interviews scheduled: 24th and 25th September 2026The Team Leader will provide supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance management to a team of Employment Specialists, promoting best practice and ensuring positive employment outcomes for participants. They will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to integrate employment support into wider wellbeing and recovery services. The Team Leader may also carry a small caseload where required.
