Connect to Work

Supporting people with disabilities, health conditions or complex needs into secure, paid work.

Connect to Work is a programme in England and Wales which aims to support disabled people, those with health conditions and people with complex barriers to find and keep a job, using the supported employment model.  This works by helping you find the right job as soon as possible, and making sure you have the right support in place to succeed.

RCS is delivering Connect to Work in Wrexham and Flintshire.
