Learn more about Connect to Work at Partner Information Session

Partner organisations across Wrexham and Flintshire are invited to join an online information session to learn more about Connect to Work, a new supported employment service launching in November 2026.

Connect to Work will support people with disabilities, health conditions and other complex barriers to employment to find, enter and stay in work through personalised, tailored support. RCS will be delivering Connect to work in Flintshire and Wrexham.

With referrals opening soon, the session will provide an opportunity for organisations that support local jobseekers to learn more about the programme and how to refer eligible individuals into the service.

What will the session cover?

During the session, attendees will find out:

  • What Connect to Work is and how it works
  • Who is eligible for support
  • How participants will be supported by Employment Specialists
  • How to refer people into the service
  • What happens after a referral is made
  • Answers to questions from the Connect to Work team
