Inclusive recruitment makes business sense. It drives greater diversity in the workforce, bringing new perspectives and insights, and improving productivity. By improving access to employment opportunities for all, it helps to level the playing field and build a fairer society.
RCS is working with design studio Tropic to create an innovative new hiring platform where applicants can connect with supportive, inclusive employers. Enter ‘Pave’.
What is Pave?
Pave is both a hiring platform and a campaign. It sets out to connect forward-thinking employers with a diverse talent pool, realising the benefits of inclusive recruitment. he site will have an initial focus on jobs and employers across North Wales.
The site design has been informed by conversations with employers and jobseekers. It features plain language job descriptions and a bespoke application process which has accessibility at its core.
Employers accredited by Pave will showcase their commitment to diversity and inclusion through their employer profile and will post and manage their own vacancies. Pave will also provide resources to support employers and applicants through the hiring process.
How can you get involved?
