RCS Training Manager Claire Lynch was announced as a finalist for IEP Member of the Year 2025 this October.
The award recognises members who demonstrate exceptional performance through outstanding service or practice and maintain a positive, supportive attitude that exceeds expectations. The annual recognition acknowledges exceptional contributions made to participants, team members, or colleagues throughout the year.
Nominees are selected from Member of the Month winners from Australia, Sweden and the UK over the year, and were decided by a public vote. The winners were announced at the IEP Basecamp 2025 in Manchester on 3rd October.
Although Claire wasn’t a winner this time, being shortlisted is an incredible achievement and a real recognition of the passion and impact she brings to her work every day.
