Progress update on our inclusive recruitment website

Tropic and RCS kick off meeting

We’re excited to share an update on our inclusive recruitment website project, which is taking another step forward.

Earlier this year, RCS secured funding through the Welsh Government’s Equalities and Inclusion Grant Fund to develop a new bilingual recruitment platform. The website aims to help disabled people and people with additional needs find accessible employment opportunities, while supporting employers to connect with diverse talent.

Since then, we’ve been busy speaking to jobseekers and employers to understand what they want from the platform. A huge thank you to everyone who has shared their views through our surveys, focus groups and interviews – your feedback is helping us build something that works for the people who will use it.

A key part of the project has been listening to the people who will use the platform. Over recent months, we’ve been consulting with both jobseekers and employers to better understand what they need from an inclusive recruitment website.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share their thoughts through our surveys, focus groups and interviews. Your feedback is helping to shape the platform and ensure it meets the needs of both employers and jobseekers.

We’re also delighted to have appointed Tropic as our web development partner. Work is now underway on the website, and we’re starting to shape the brand and name too.

There’s lots more to come, so keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates as the project takes shape.
