Our 30-minute online guided meditation session introduces us to using simple breathing techniques to enhance our mental focus. We will practise belly breathing skills, a great, ‘use any time, any place, anywhere’ relaxation and mental focus tool. We will then move through a mindful meditation body scan to notice and release tension throughout our body, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation. The session works well as a lunchtime stand-alone, or as part of a team meeting or event.
