Our support is effective at helping people with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, social anxiety, and stress. Most of our clients receive between six and ten sessions of support either in person, by phone or on-line, in English or Welsh.

Our in-house team includes volunteer counsellors and MSc counselling students through our long-standing partnership with Bangor University. We also work with trusted professional associates across Wales.
