The sessions are an opportunity to explore how your business can play a key role in developing the next generation of green talent.
What to expect
During the session, you will:
- Gain an overview of the Go Gwyrdd Project and how it is supporting pathways into green careers.
- Learn about opportunities for employers, including funded placements, training support, and collaboration with local partners.
- Explore practical ways your business can get involved — from sharing industry insight to shaping training and supporting future talent.
- Discover how participation can help strengthen your recruitment
Employers will also have the opportunity to share their views on recruitment challenges and skills gaps, helping to shape the project to better meet industry needs.

Employers can choose from two upcoming sessions:
