We are proud to reveal that our Chief Executive Ali Thomas has been awarded Fellowship of The Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP).
This award is a very well-deserved honour for Ali’s dedication and hard work over the years around employability.
With such seismic changes currently underway in employability support, it’s so important to be linked in with a professional body that understands the opportunities and challenges, and is there to support and represent its members.
RCS has been a corporate member of the IEP for several years, and during that time we have seen our staff team benefit greatly from the professional support, training and guidance we’ve received through our membership.
Thanks to Scott, Anita and Pat for this opportunity, I very much look forward to working with the IEP team to further strengthen links, build collaborative approaches and develop skills with the aim of delivering positive outcomes for all those we work to support.
