I really value the flexible working approach. Not only am I able to take more time to focus on things important to me, but I can also attend hospital appointments & don’t feel as though my health condition is a hindrance to my job or team.
The wellbeing hour is a life saver for me. As a working mum to two kids under four, having one hour each week that is set aside just for me to prioritise my wellbeing is so valuable - the wellbeing hour has really helped me to find the right balance between work and home life, given me that space to breath and put myself first, and helped me to focus more while in work as I am feeling less frazzled and that my wellbeing is being valued.
I greatly appreciate the positive wellbeing culture at RCS Wales. Employee wellbeing is one of RCS’ top priorities.
