As accredited members of the Living Wage Foundation, we are committed to ensuring all our staff receive fair pay so that they can live with dignity and security.
We keep our recruitment process as simple as possible and are happy to consider applications in different formats if requested.
Staff don’t often leave us, but we do occasionally need to recruit, so keep an eye out for our current vacancies.
I greatly appreciate the positive wellbeing culture at RCS Wales. Employee wellbeing is one of RCS’ top priorities. The wellbeing tea breaks provide a welcome opportunity to ‘down tools’ and enjoy a laugh with colleagues, even those from across the country. The Wellbeing Hour is a unique initiative I hadn’t encountered before joining RCS, and I still look forward to it each week – the novelty hasn’t worn off!
During a very serious health battle, I have received such fantastic continued wellbeing support and care initiatives from RCS, which has allowed me to continue in the job that I absolutely love and continue to work with such a brilliant team.
I feel trusted to work at a flexible schedule, take the appropriate number of breaks, check in with my colleagues and team leader on a regular basis to ensure that we’re all individually and collectively working together to give the best experience for those we care for.
