The In-Work Support Service is aimed at helping you address physical or mental health conditions that may be affecting your attendance or performance at work.

Our support can help you develop coping strategies, reduce anxieties or improve your physical wellbeing through rapid access to support and therapies. This may include:

  • Counselling or other psychological therapies to address mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety or depression.
  • Support and treatment for musculo-skeletal problems such as back pain, repetitive strain injury or other work-limiting conditions.

We can also support with other issues that may be impacting your wellbeing, such as problem debt or relationships. All support is free and fully confidential.
