‘Go Gwyrdd’ Green Careers Project

Connecting green employers with young jobseekers with disabilities and additional needs. Five teenagers standing together outside smiling

Our ‘Go Gwyrdd’ programme is aimed at linking young people aged 16-30 who have disabilities, additional needs or are from ethnically minoritised communities with work opportunities in the green sector.

Participants will be able to access intensive support through a personal job coach, who will help them progress towards work goals and identify work placement opportunities with local or regional employers.

We are excited to be working with key partner organisations who are sharing their time, resources and expertise to create a host of opportunities across the North Wales region.

The project offers employers an exciting opportunity to tap into young talent, and to help develop skills and interest in this key growth area.

To find out more about the project and how you can get involved, contact us via the form below.

The ‘Go Gwyrdd’ Project is funded through the Dormant Assets fund, which is being delivered by the National Lottery Community Fund.
