We’re thrilled to have had confirmation from Welsh Government of a further two years’ funding for the In-Work Support Service, which has now been extended to March 2027.

The pan-Wales service has been running since 2023, during which time RCS has provided in-work support for a total 3,149 employees across North, West and Southwest Wales, helping an early return to work from sickness absence, or to prevent a health condition from worsening. In addition, 416 people from 133 small to medium sized businesses have attended one or more of our training workshops, aimed at helping employers drive and embed a positive wellbeing culture at work.
