Transforming lives, building futures
Our work has a positive impact on lives, workplaces and Welsh communities. Together with our partners, supporters and funders, we are cultivating approaches that enable people to be their best selves in work.
Everyone should be able to fulfil their potential through work
There is clear evidence that being in good work makes you more likely to have better health, improved mental health and a better quality of life. Being out of work can lead to poorer health outcomes, while certain health conditions can cause unemployment. We are committed to ensuring that people are empowered to reach their full personal, social and economic potential through working.
Our approach
We take a strong ethical approach to our mission and seek to ensure that our work has a positive impact and legacy. Our company is firmly rooted in the communities we serve, and we maintain a core commitment to developing and running our business in a socially responsible way.
- We invest heavily in the places where we live and operate, engaging local organisations, using local suppliers, volunteering in local communities and supporting neighbourhood charities.
- We take great pride in being a Welsh company, and have a long-standing commitment to ensuring people can access services in the language of their choice.
- We recognise the value of our green and blue spaces for promoting wellbeing, and work proactively towards protecting these spaces for the wellbeing and resilience of future generations.
Positive outcomes
We supported 2076 Welsh employees in 2024-25, helping them address health challenges and improve their wellbeing at work through our personalised, holistic support and therapies. 3 in 4 said our support helped them to remain in work, increase their hours, secure a promotion or change jobs.
Well workplaces
Through our training programmes in 2024-25, we empowered 856 people from 144 small and medium sized businesses across Wales to create inclusive and supportive working environments. They include 109 new wellbeing champions who have joined our Wales-wide network of over 350 champions to make a positive impact on wellbeing at work every day.
Reaching potential
Since our establishment in 2007, we have touched more than 25,000 lives, enabling people to reach their potential through entering, sustaining or progressing in employment.
