BCUHB Staff

RCS (Rhyl City Strategy) is proud to be a Staff Wellbeing Support Service partner, providing health and wellbeing support and therapies to staff and volunteers at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Our professional, one-to-one support aims to help you manage your health and wellbeing more effectively – enabling you to manage stress, reduce anxiety, build resilience and boost your mood.

You can access up to six sessions of one-to-one support, including counselling, coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy or clinical psychology.

Support is provided through our network of qualified and experienced counsellors, therapists, cognitive behavioural therapy practitioners and coaches. We can also link you in with specialist support for other issues that may be impacting your wellbeing at work, such as finances or benefits.

BCUHB staff and volunteers are able to access support through RCS quickly and easily, either by contacting us direct, via a line manager, or via an Occupational Health Support Advisor. Support is free of charge and entirely confidential – we do not give any information to BCUHB that will allow you to be identified.

Choose from phone-based or face-to-face sessions, with rooms available on site in the three main North Wales hospitals.

Our support is part of the Staff Wellbeing Support Service within BCU (SWSS). You can find out more about what other support is available here.
