Boosting your Physical Wellbeing

As part of the British Heart Foundations Heart health month we have developed this free workshop to give simple, accessible ideas on how to support physical wellbeing at work. During this one hour bitesize session we will explore ways to boost your immunity, eat the right foods to keep you energised, getting a good night sleep and how to fit exercise in to your busy schedule. The session will explore approaches, ideas and techniques to not only support your own physical wellbeing but also your teams and the wider workplace.
