Need support for your mental health at work? We’re here for more enjoyable futures
Stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues can affect all of us. Whether it’s things in our personal life such as relationship breakdowns, or events at work, or a general uncertainty around our future, many things happen in our lives that can affect how we feel. Things such as stress or bereavement can impact our mental health and can mean we struggle at work and don’t feel able to cope with everyday life. And sometimes we can all need some advice and guidance to help us learn how to look after our mental health so we can feel better.
Able Futures can help anyone aged 16 or over who is in work and struggling with their mental health by giving nine months’ support, signposting and information from a qualified mental health professional.
You could learn more about your mental health, understand how you can access treatment for any mental health problems and connect with other people and support organisations.
