Signposting to alternative Support Services

If your employer has an Employee Assistance Programme such as an Occupational Health Department or private health care plans, we recommend that you access this service for support. If your employer does not offer employee assistance services, please see below our factsheets and contact details of supporting organisations that may be able to assist you.

Physical support
The NHS offers access physiotherapy services. You can self-refer yourself to these services, without needing to contact your GP. Please visit the NHS website for information on Physiotherapy and how you can access their services: https://111.wales.nhs.uk/physiotherapy/.

WHO TO CALL IN A CRISIS

RCS is not an emergency mental health support service, and we cannot assist people who need more urgent and immediate support.

If you feel like you want to attempt suicide, if you have seriously harmed yourself (or about to), or need urgent medical assistance, please do not complete this form – you should call 999. Alternatively, you can contact:

  • The NHS for urgent mental health support by calling NHS Wales on 111 and pressing OPTION 2
  • The C.A.L.L. Helpline on 0800 132 737 or visit https://callhelpline.org.uk, for 24/7 mental health support

Able Futures
