From 2008 to 2011, RCS created a programme of bespoke engagement and learning events designed to reach people who were disengaged from formal learning, funded by Welsh Government. We designed and delivered the programme with key partners who had close links with our target client groups. The programme helped over 600 participants to develop their aspirations, confidence and social networks, as well as supporting 75 into work, nearly 300 to gain work focused qualifications, and 164 to progress into further education.
