Supporting you in work
In these pressured times, problems at work or at home occasionally end up overwhelming us, causing stress or anxiety that can affect our performance in work, or force us to take time off, while physical problems such as back pain can sometimes stop us in our tracks. Absence from work can quickly take its toll, with financial worries often compounding health concerns.
Our In Work Support Service can help you nip problems in the bud, so that you can avoid the need to take time off, or can get back to work as soon as possible after absence.
To find out more or to book a confidential appointment, just call us on 01745 336442. The In Work Support Service is 100% free of charge for employed or self-employed people who live or work in Conwy, Denbighshire, Anglesey or Gwynedd.
“I was able to get back to work almost immediately. Everyone involved seemed to really ‘care’. I cannot praise it enough.”
“I don’t doubt for a moment that I would not have been able to remain in work or resolve the issues as quickly without the support received.”
“Absolutely fantastic, fast service, I gained help at the time when I was struggling to cope.”
RAPID ACCESS TO FREE THERAPY
If things are getting overwhelming, the In Work Support Service offers free and rapid access to therapy. This includes talking therapies to support with emotional health issues, including low mood, anxiety or stress, or physiotherapy to help with musculo-skeletal problems such as back pain.
Sometimes just a few simple tools and tips for improving wellbeing can make all the difference to how we function – both at work and in our daily lives. Our regular programme of wellbeing workshops can help you boost your energy and resilience.
