Support for Employers

One of our key aims is to encourage the development of healthy and happy workplaces where employees are able to flourish and reach their full potential.

Taking a proactive approach to workforce wellbeing can pay big dividends for your business. It isn’t about a one-off wellbeing initiative – it’s about changing the way that business is done.

We provide free support and training to help you create a happier, healthier workplace, whatever your starting point.

  • Reduce absenteeism and improve productivity
  • Tap into what motivates and engages your employees
  • Create a working environment that is good for your employees and good for business.

We also offer a range of free support services for your staff team – wellbeing workshops that engage, motivate and inspire, and one to one support and therapy to help absentees return to work.

Our In Work Support Service is part-funded by European Social Funding through the Welsh Government. We aim to reduce absenteeism and improve wellbeing in businesses across Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Anglesey.
